Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at help@heroptimal.com. If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions on how to send your package back.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

• Personal care items
• Gift cards
• Sale items

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you need is to place a new order for the item you want and return the original (if eligible).

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. However, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

• It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
• If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at help@heroptimal.com.
